Federal field workers (Census Takers) needed a mobile-first training solution to accurately log household visits using the Monday.com mobile app. The training had to address strict data integrity standards, objective field note compliance (PII protection), and physical safety protocols. Additionally, training managers needed actionable data to understand why errors were occurring in the field, moving beyond standard pass/fail metrics. 

Designed a scenario-based, mobile-responsive storyboard blueprint mapping out a seamless integration between Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360. The design utilizes authentic Monday.com mobile Item Card mockups to create realistic, try-mode software interactions. The module guides learners through a cohesive narrative (a resident refusal), testing them on precise UI navigation, objective reporting, and safety timing. Detailed developer notes were included to ensure WCAG accessibility (screen reader compatibility, contrast ratios) and to map specific quiz distractors to xAPI statements.
